Gear Up is our education-focused ministry program. Westminster believes that one of the best ways to serve our community right now is to provide academic resources to our young people.
Gear Up is a "back-to-school" prep day camp, hosted by Westminster Presbyterian Church. Our goal is to support the children in our community as they get ready for the new school year. Our volunteer team of current and retired certified teachers, along with our dedicated church staff, are passionate about contributing to the academic achievement of students.
Gear Up strives to not only prepare students for school, but to get them excited about learning with fun and creative approaches to core subjects like math and reading. If you have a child going into K-5th, mark your calendars for Gear Up!
