Donation Policy
All donations are given of your free will, and are used to further our ministries, programs, and projects. Westminster Presbyterian Church is a registered 501c3, so your donation will be tax-deductible. Please consult with your tax preparer regarding how to properly take any deductions.

Sales and Deliveries
We do not sell any products on this website. Items purchased at church events, including, but not limited to silent auctions, yard sales, and bake sales, will be expected to be picked up on the day of the event or by arrangements be made at the event. Westminster does will not pay for delivery.
Refund Policy
All donations and purchase are final.
Event and One Time Rental
All but $100 of the total deposit (including the $100) will be available for refund up to one week before the event.
Room and Organizational Rentals
A Security Deposit (as specified in each contract) is required upon signing your contract. All, a portion, or none of this will be returned based on the review of room conditions by the Property and Rental Manager.

Rental Policy: Event and One-Time Rental
- All social events for over 40 people require a WPC Host.
- Under most circumstances, classroom rentals will not require the WPC host.
- Proof of Insurance is required for groups not affiliated with WPC. WPC assumes no liability for outside groups.
- Groups going overtime will be charged $100 per extra hour for the space, plus $20 per hour for the WPC host.
- $100 nonrefundable deposit required to place event on rental calendar.
- Deposit of one-half the total is due at contract signing. The balance is due one week before the scheduled event.
- Please make room use checks payable to: Westminster Presbyterian Church.
- If extra cleaning is required, items are broken or damaged, or the WPC host determines that space-use violations have occurred, the credit card number on file will be charged as needed.
- Applicant must read the “Credit Card Information Policy.” Signature below is an agreement to be held to the terms stated in the attached “Credit Card Information Policy”, as well as the terms set forth by this form.
Room and Organizational Rentals
- All rentals are due on the first of the month, unless otherwise stated in the contract. Rent may be paid online, mailed, or dropped off at the Westminster office at 1100 Shasta Ave., San Jose, CA 95126.
- Proof of Insurance is required for groups not affiliated with WPC. WPC assumes no liability for outside groups.
- Rent is considered late after 5PM on the 10th day of the month. A late fee may be charged to your account if rent is not received by that time.
- We value our landlord-tenant relationship, and would much rather keep you as a good tenant than to go through this process. We are always available by phone, so please call us to discuss your situation.
